Bancha (japanese green tea)

Delicious late harvest tea – a flavourful green tea character with notes of toast and a delicate aftertaste. The late harvesting produces a coarser tea leaf which means Bancha is somewhat milder than other Japanese teas and contains less caffeine and tannins. Green teas should be made with hot, but not boiling water and enjoyed without milk.
